CARE 
The item is sealed and can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. Using any harsh cleaning products or harsh scrubbing will damage the surface of your piece. We also advise to wipe up any strong contaminants such as wine or coffee as soon as possible.
CUSTOM ORDERS + GIFT ORDERS
We accept custom orders! If you see something you like, but would prefer it in a different color to better suit your interior we are more than happy to try and make it for you. The best part of it is…no extra charge! Gift wrapping is available, just leave us a note at checkout. 
PRODUCT RETURNS 
As each item is handmade with minor imperfections. We highly appreciate that you are interested in buying our product. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, please email us at filteredpockets@gmail.com with your concern within 7 days of delivery date. Please give us 48 hours to reply/resolve the issue. 
Please keep in mind that custom orders take longer for us to produce, can’t be cancelled or returned and are usually excluded from any discounts and/or promotions.
